The receptionist knows me and has heard me talk many times before, but this morning I woke with a sore throat so my voice has been scratchy all day. She decided to refer to me as "sir" during the entire call, OK so I can handle things like that and just blew it off but then she decided to yell at me for asking her to repeat when my appointment is just to be sure I had everything correct.

The salesperson behind the counter asked, "May I have your narne, sir?" "Ma'am  naman",  she pouted. "Victoria," she answered, with a dramatic flip of her long black hair, her dangling earrings jiggling with the movement.
