Diet time

Just started my diet for this year, aiming to get a nice fem body.
But its hard lol. Im not eating much and there are so many temptations out there... Arrr
Well so my diet is the same more or less eveny day now...
Breakfast, two glass of soa milk and nuts and seads
Lunch, sweet potato and salard
Dinner, sweet potato and chicken
My diet works hand in hand with yoga and squates every day...
7days in and its hard going.. X

It really is difficult. I've been trying a vegetarian diet and it's hard.
Unfortunately you can't outrun the fork. 80% of weight loss happens at the end of your fork. Exercise is a good thing, but it only makes up a minor aspect of weight loss.
A healthy amount of weight loss is one or two pounds a week. It gives your body time to adjust and compensate for loose skin.
